Kinesiology Kinesiology is a holistic therapy, using muscle testing as a precise way of assessing and correcting imbalances. Derived from Chinese acupuncture and chiropractic techniques working with the mind and emotions as well as body to improve a persons well being. It can help with a wide variety of health problems that effect the body’s mental, chemical, structure and electro-magnetic systems. It can improve co-ordination, reading, writing, sports performance & artistic skills. It can help detect food intolerances, nutritional needs, allergies and additions.
