What is Personal Training? Personal development and training is not just about hours in the gym or specialist clubs. Most importantly it is about finding a Trainer you trust, who listens and understands your needs; encourages and helps you work towards your goals and who can motivate you to reach your best Personal training has traditionally 5 key areas for development and maintenance, which are:

- diet, hydration, nutrition and eating schedules However, it has a broad range of applications dependent on the reasons you first decided to consider employing the services of a Personal Trainer which can include the following:
- weight loss When you choose a personal trainer they should have completed an approved course with a nationally recognised qualification and have appropriate insurance when required. They will normally ask you to complete a health questionnaire and sign a contract that warns you of the dangers of personal training. It should also advise you to clear your level of fitness with your doctor prior to undertaking any training.
